Fall adventures so far

I was going to make todays post either spiritual or enrichening but I thought this might be a little more fun to read!

Braeden came to visit last week and he never fails to make smile the whole time he is here.

One thing I made sure to do before he came was make a fall bucket list. We always try and write down things we want to do together so we can value the time we have.

Here's the list I created:

I ended up adding a couple things like; watch hocus pocus, go on a nature walk, and build a gingerbread graveyard. We hit quite a few over the 4 days he was here.

We watching both the old and new Hocus Pocus movies while eating pumpkin pie. Could you imagine a more perfect evening? I honestly have to say I really enjoyed the new Hocus Pocus over the old one. It was funny and just better animation. We'll still watch both each year of course.

We went to a tailgate which if you ask me in the most college American football thing you could do. Then we went to dinner at Black Stag, sitting out the in perfect weather watching KU beat Iowa State.
